Summer Art Cultural Festival is about to being! Hsinchu City Tax Bureau invites FOCA to present their amazing circus show "Song of Earth (土地的歌)" at the plaza next to Hsinchu Cultural & Creative Museum (HCCCM) on July 21, 19:00. The show is free with admission and Hsinchu City Mayor Lin Chih-chien welcomes all public to come to enjoy this stunning show.
Mayor Lin stated 2018 is the 300th year of Hsinchu City's development. Hsinchu City Government (HCCG) planned Hsinchu 300 Expo which will debut at HCCCM, offering the public a chance to re-recognize and know more about Hsinchu City; HCCG also invites the public to watch FOCA's circus show at the plaza next to HCCCM after Hsinchu 300 Expo is closed for the day.
"Song of Earth (土地的歌)" is composed based on ideas of "land" and "time period." The show includes the performances of flag, martial art, dance, cyr wheel, cube, diabolo, and human pyramid; accompanied by iconic songs in different periods of Taiwan history, the circus show will present Taiwan to audiences.
Director of Hsinchu City Tax Bureau Fan Chun-luan explained that there will be a tax policy promotion event co-organized with the show. The event contains "gift for receipt donation" and "prize for Q&A;" the public may receive a practical gift by donating either 6-25 cloud receipts issued between May and July, 2018, or 15-38 paper receipts of $10 NTD purchase or above.
People who apply cellphone bar code at the event scene, donate 2 cloud receipts or 3 paper receipts, and pass the pinball challenge will be qualified to receive a promotion gift. All revenues generated by donated receipts will be donated to social welfare organizations.
