There is a teenage maker cultivation plan which sets up “junior high and elementary school maker education center” in PIJH and HLJH, encouraging children to unleash maker spirit and practical ability. We even provide “entrepreneurship loans for small and medium enterprises” for young people in Hsinchu to fulfill their dreams. This also brings along abundant working opportunities. The city government even provides “easy loan”, supporting small and medium enterprises to lend money. The government will become the companies’ guarantor, so that companies will not be blocked because of not enough money. We hope that their creativity can become reality and business can become true. For example, Phrozen which is famous for its 3D printing technology has applied 7 million NTD through the city government easy loan. The market share of it is the third around the world now.
