Hsinchu State Hall 90-Year Anniversary birthday party "The Carnival in the State Hall" grand debuts at the court yard of Hsinchu City Hall. Electric music band, Hsinchu Youth Chinese Music Orchestra, and famous pop-singers show a fascinating concert to audience from all over the country and celebrate the birthday of Hsinchu State Hall.
 
Hsinchu City Mayor Lin Chih-chien states Hsinchu City is a great city with unique history, and its state hall has experienced the bombardment during the Second World War, the merge and separation of Hsinchu City and County, and the establishment of Hsinchu Science Park; its 90-year companionship with Hsinchu City has made it a shared memory for all Hsinchu citizens.
 
The Carnival in the State Hall event scene was flooded with celebrating crowd from all over the country. Some of the audience arrived at noon just to secure the rock area in the front line.
 
Hsinchu City Cultural Affairs Bureau states "The Carnival in the State Hall" is a 4-stage birthday celebration - "youth and vitality – electric party," "Hsinchu Youth Chinese Orchestra," "celebration ceremony," and finally the amazing concert hosted by famous pop singers Waa Wei, Ding Dong (Della) and GBOYSWAG, which brings a perfect ending to the carnival night.
