Hsinchu City Mayor Lin Chih-chien led his team to visit Hsinchu City Council for New Year greetings. Mayor Lin felt grateful for the support from the city council and the Hsinchu City Government (HCCG) colleagues and handed out the dollar-red-envelopes to every staff in HCCG. He promised that he and his team will continually put in hard works and make Hsinchu City a better and happier city.
From Information Center and Security Office to each and every department in Hsinchu City Hall and HCCG agencies, Mayor Lin, Deputy Mayor Shen Huihong, and Secretary General Chen Zhangxian handed dollar-red-envelopes and coasters hand to hand to every government staff as an expression of thankfulness. Many government staffs replied with the slogan "2018, Yi Ding Xing Fu (happy for sure)."
Mayor Lin stated that time flies as a brand-new year begins; he wanted Hsinchu City Council (HCCC) and HCCG staffs to know that he felt grateful for their supports and efforts, and he hoped that HCCG and HCCC will continually work together and make Hsinchu City a better place.
Hsinchu City Government Department of Personnel stated that Hsinchu City has been selected as the happiest city in Taiwan by media. Personnel quota in HCCG also increased steadily in the past 3 years. The deputy director of Department of Personnel Guo Xinyi was assigned to HCCG from the central government since the last month. She stated that she felt happy to have this chance to work in Hsinchu City; this is a great chance to advance her experience, and Hsinchu City is closer to her home. More importantly, it must be a happy experience to work in the happiest city.
